On July 12, 1959 Michael Sean Curtis was born in Perris California.
His father was a truck driver, and his two grandfathers were a
potato farmer, and a water well driller. One of three siblings, an
older sister, and a younger brother, he believes his position of
middle child helped to mold who he is. His father died in 1969,
having a devastating impact on his life, also molding his persona.
He is compelled to wonder how his life would have been different
had this not occurred. Having led what he calls an interesting life,
this author has many, and varied interests. He declares that his
greatest ambition at this point of his life is to try to change society,
and perhaps save Humankind from manifesting our own demise.

Having been born to a not poor, but not rich family he was nonetheless raised comfortably by a loving and
nurturing mother; again an important factor in forming his personality. Other than a brief, yet impressionable
time at the age of seven in Utah on his Grandfathers cattle ranch he grew up in California. As a youth in
Southern California he lived in a multicultural neighborhood, and had friends of varied nationalities. His
mother remarried in 1970 to a bigoted, right-winged capitalist, domineering man; again a key factor in his
personality. After moving the family to Orange County for several years, in 1975 he moved them to a place
called Nevada City in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California.
Having been raised during the perplexing cold war era, and during the social revolution of the 1960’s, not to
mention being a teen in California during the 1970's, he has experienced first hand the hypocrisies of society.
He recalls that his first two media memories were the assassination of President Kennedy, and the Beatles on
the Ed Sullivan show. Other than a couple of years in Catholic school, at the mercy of sexually frustrated Irish
Catholic Nuns, and luckily a non-homosexual Priest, he attended Public schools. These schools, as he has
come to realize are merely Government run propaganda outlets.
He maintains that many people are trapped by their belief in the propaganda generated by their Government,
which seeks to keep citizens quiet, and obedient. This propaganda attempts, with great success, to instill the
idea that if you are a good company employee, and pay your taxes then the state will look after you from cradle
to grave. It will protect you from criminals, educate your children, support you when you are unemployed, and
maintain your standard of living when you retire from paid labor.

defrauded of their life-long contributions have no redress, and those presently paying
into the system are led to believe that they will be taken care of when they retire.
Senator Edward Kennedy called the White House's proposed 2005 budget "the most
anti-family, anti-worker, anti-health care, anti-education budget in modern times." It is
absurd that this administration was reelected, but the people buy into the lie.

purchase of its home by mortgage. Home ownership has been encouraged, and

complex animal that is human is revealed in his effort at portraying humankind’s
existence throughout the ages, as well as how we can peaceably change society.In the
turbulent socio-political environment of the 1960s, activist Abbie Hoffman attempted to
dupe the government with his book, Steal This Book, which ironically became a
bestseller.
